Onigirazu

Gli Onigirazu si possono definire come dei Sushi Sandwich, e rappresentano l’evoluzione gastronomica del classico Onigiri (palla di riso), una delle tradizioni più antiche della cucina giapponese.
Mentri gli Onigiri presentano una forma rotonda e condimenti basici, il più evoluto Onigirazu strizza l’occhio alla modernità, con un aspetto  e farciture simili ai sandwich occidentali.
Prepare gli Onigirazu è semplice: basta posizionare un grande foglio di Alghe Nori su una striscia di pellicola trasparente, farcire il foglio d’alga con riso già cotto e condimenti a piacere e poi finire con un’ultima dose di riso.
Piegare gli angoli del nori al centro e chiudere saldamente il “pacchetto” avvolgendolo con la pellicola.
Far riposare per qualche minuto per permettere all’insieme di compattarsi per bene, e poi si potrà tagliare il “pacchetto” a metà, ottenendo due “sandwich di riso” con tutti gli ingredienti a vista.

ONIGIRAZU TONNO E MAIONESE

Tempo di preparazione: 5 minuti

Porzioni: 2 sandwiches

Ingredienti:
1 foglio di Alghe Nori
Riso bianco già cotto (non bollito, ma cotto per assorbimento o meglio in un Rice Cooker)
1 scatoletta di tonno
4 cucchiai di maionese
1 cucchiaio si succo di limone
2 cucchiai di cipolla tritata finemente
Fette di cetriolo
Foglie di lattuga
Sale e pepe

Preparazione
In una ciotola versare il tonno in scatola scolato dall’olio, aggiungere sale e pepe, la maionese, il succo di limone e le cipolle finemente tritate.
Mischiare per bene ed usare come farcitura per l’Onigirazu Tonno e Maionese.

ONIGIRAZU “ENGLISH BREAKFAST STYLE”

Tempo di preparazione: 10 minuti

Porzioni: 2 sandwiches

Ingredienti:
1 foglio di Alghe Nori
Riso bianco già cotto (non bollito, ma cotto per assorbimento o meglio in un Rice Cooker)
1 Uovo
1 Bicchiere di latte
1 noce di burro
1 fetta di bacon
2 fette di pomodoro
Lattuga
Sale & Pepe

Preparazione
In una ciotola sbattere vigorosamente l’uovo con il latte, il sale ed il pepe, e poi cuocere su una teglia imburrata fino ad ottenere delle gustose uove strapazzate.
In un’altra padella cuocere la fetta di bacon fino a renderla ben croccante.
Comporre il vostro Onigirazu Egg&Bacon in questo ordine: alga nori, riso, lattuga, fette di pomodoro, uova strapazzate, bacon e poi un ulteriore strato di riso bianco.
Chiudere il pacchetto e lasciare riposare qualche minuto.
